🏡 Lovely Room to Rent in West Kensington – Female Only | £1,100 PCM

A lovely, cosy and comfortable room is available in a welcoming apartment in the heart of West Kensington. Perfectly located with excellent transport links, lovely cafés, shops and everything you need just a short walk away. A great place to call home! 🏡✨

The apartment is currently shared with one friendly female who works most of the time, so the property is generally quiet and peaceful.

We’d love for you to feel at home and make the space your own! 💕 If you’d like to add peel-and-stick tiles to the bathroom or kitchen to give it your personal touch, we’re more than happy to discuss and agree on this together beforehand. 🏡✨

📍 Fantastic Location:

* 🚇 2-minute walk to West Kensington Station
* 🚆 7-minute walk to Kensington Olympia Station
* 🌳 10 minutes from Holland Park
* 🛍️ 10 minutes from High Street Kensington
* Close to local shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets

💷 Rent & Deposit:

* Monthly rent: £1,200
* Deposit: £1,200
* Bills included, excluding gas and electricity
* Gas and electricity can easily be topped up online

✨ Looking For:

A clean, respectful and considerate female tenant who will treat the apartment like her own home. Ideally someone who is tidy, responsible and appreciates a peaceful, comfortable living environment.

This would be perfect for a working professional looking for a lovely home in a fantastic West London location.
