Giving up my en suite room in this lovely flat, available for rent immediately. I was in the process to rent my room with someone else, but their references fell through at the last minute. I am really eager to find a replacement as I am moving to a new place this weekend, and don’t want to pay two rents.

The apartment is massive, spacious, and bright. There is a kitchen and living room space, a GIANT south facing balcony, as well as a laundry room with a washer/dryer. There are two other bedrooms who share their own bathroom. There is a Tesco less than 10 min walk away, a gym 2 mins away, a park across the road, and various convenience stores and (really good!) restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.

This room is a double room, with an en-suite (with a shower, sink, toilet, under lit mirror with storage, under floor heating, and towel rack). The room comes furnished with a bed and mattress (these belong to the landlord so will have to be returned at the end of your tenancy). I also have a dresser and side table that I am happy to include. There is also a built in closet with above rail shelving and shelves down the side.

All bills are included in the £880 - rent is £750, and bills amount to about £130 (including Sky- unlimited internet, council tax, gas, electricity, water).

The other two roommates are Vicky and Chloe - both lovely professionals who are friendly and like to chat, but equally value their own space and privacy. I have lived here for two years and love it, and am just moving out to move in with my boyfriend.
