Please note this is a short let 2-3 Months, we can agree about dates minimum is 2 months, we could extend to 3. Arrival date should be April the 1rst but im also a little flexible about that.

DESCRIPTION
The room has a double bed, built in closets very spacious and it is En-suite so you won’t need to share your bathroom at all :)
Rules are very easy there is a 900£ deposit and 900£ a month. All bills included , cleaning lady 1 a week included , WiFi included.

A BIT ABOUT ME
I’m going to NYC to study for a brief uni course just for 2 months, so I’m subletting my room. The owner of the flat is lovely and lives also in the flat.
You will be sharing with 2 of the most lovely and polite guys ever !! They are super clean and tidy and never really home as they all work long hours.
