Massive double room available in beautiful Hammersmith with two double beds and a small, private bathroom in a fun, respectful Kiwi/Aussie/British flat.

My girlfriend and I are moving home in mid-November and are looking for one or two individuals to take over our room. It is spacious with two double beds, a desk, a wardrobe, a dresser and a couch. You’ll also have access to your own small bathroom across the hall. This would be ideal for a couple or two friends looking to share a room with plenty of space.

The house itself has a lovely open-concept kitchen and living room with bay doors/windows that open onto a patio that features a barbecue, a hammock and a patio table. It's the ideal spot for some sunlight and a cold drink on the weekend.

Our existing flatmates are very all fun, clean and respectful. Collectively, we work hard throughout the week and enjoy a games/movie/drinks night every now and again. Their ages range from 26 - 30 and their professions include teaching, physiotherapy, film and finance. We're genuinely sad to be leaving them!

The house is very well located - a 2 minute walk from the Black Lion pub and very close to the Old Ship, the Dove and the Blue Anchor. It is also about a 5-10 minute walk to Stamford Brook station, a 15-20 minute walk to Hammersmith station and 10 minute walk to Chiswick High Street.
