I am looking for a replacement tenant (student) to replace me in my studio at Garrow House London. The tenancy will be for the remaining academic year (until 18th September).

The studio is a single silver student studio in Garrow House.
The room has one double bed, a desk and a chair, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette with a fridge and an oven that works also as a microwave.

The area is very close to the center with a bus stop 3 minutes from the house and a nearby tube station.
The rent is for 276 p/week.

There is a laundry room in the house, a common and a study room as well. The house is across a commercial street where you can buy groceries (Iceland, Sainsbury's, halal shops and so on).
