Hello! Im looking for 1 person to take over a room in a 3bed1bath flat in notting hill/ladbroke grove! I will be your housemate! (I heard a rumour that david beckham and family lives on the same street as us 👀✨)

The room is around £950pcm excluding bills which is around £70 per person per month.

The flat is on the 4th floor, fully furnished, with a shared kitchen, shared bathroom and shared living room.

The lease renewal is up in June this year and we will hopefully be signing it ASAP so pm me for more details!
