I am looking for a flatmate to join me in my flat in West Kensington. The property is spacious with a large living room, TV, sofa, separate bathrooms for both tenants and a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The room in question is very spacious, has large windows and its own bathroom with a large shower. Additionally, the flat is a minute walk away from the West Kensington tube station and approximately 8 minutes away from Baron's Court Tube station.
I am currently finishing my studies at Imperial College London but will begin working as a consultant in September 2024. I am very friendly and am open to meeting new people whether they are students or young professionals.
The property falls under Council Tax Band C. Rent is £1,300 per month and is payable monthly if you are working or have a UK guarantor. However, if you are a student without a UK guarantor, this rent will be payable in 6-month instalments. Bills come up to approximately £100 per month
