The small room is 900 a month inclusive of bills and the larger room with the terrace off the back is 1250 a month inclusive of bills I am currently in the large room but am happy to move to the smaller room if I find someone that wants the larger room.

Who ever takes the room will have the apartment tô themselves for three months of the year usually November Decemberand January as I travel to brazil for work for these months.
