The flat is spread out over two floors, with seperate living and kitche/dining on the lower floor, and two bedrooms + 1 bathroom on the upper floor. It is high up, south facing, and has lovely high-set views down a tree-lined street. I have recently purchased the apartment and recarpeted/repainted to a high standard. The bedroom has double built ins, and a bed arriving next week.
The flat is in an unbeatable location between Notting Hill and Bayswater. All the great Notting Hill pubs are 5-10 mins away, and so is Paddington station 10 minutes the opposite direction. We also have Royal Oak station a 5 minute walk.
You will be liiving with a professional, 39 years old, travel frequently. Very social however home is very much a sanctuary and I like to keep it calm and peaceful. Looking for someone with a very high level of cleanlinesss/tidyness, considerate, and respectful of what really is a special nook in West London.
