I’m looking for a new tenant to take over my room in a lovely, quiet flat.

About you:
Ideally, you’re a working professional, easy-going, respectful, tidy, and not a party person, no pets, no couples.

About the house:
The house is located in a very convenient yet quiet area. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Piccadilly / Central / City lines and only 2 minutes from a large Tesco superstore.
The neighbourhood is well-developed, safe, and peaceful.

The property consists of two flats. Our flat has only two tenants in total (myself and one roommate), calm and not crowded. The room is fully furnished, and you’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom.

Rent & Bills:
Rent does not include bills. In summer £150 per month is enough, covering internet, council tax, gas, electricity, etc.
