Available is this large ensuite room which gets plenty of sunlight and has a recently refurbished en-suite bathroom.

The contract will be initially for three months and then rolling.

The house has a spacious living room with sofas and lovely garden with table and chairs in. The area is incredibly safe, with lots of shops and riverside restaurants nearby in Hammersmith. We're about a 6 minute walk to Barons Court and a 10 minute walk from Hammersmith, so there are four tube lines and lots of buses easily available. The river is about 10 minutes away with lots of nice pubs.

There are five bedrooms in the house including this one. We have a washer, dryer and dishwasher.

The other housemates are four young professional guys in their mid to late 20s or early 30s.

We're looking for a relaxed and friendly environment. We like having a chat, but are all respectful of people doing their own thing. We're looking for someone similar for a friendly house dynamic.

Bills are roughly £85-100 per month per person in the summer and about £130 in the winter when the heating is on. This includes council tax, which is currently £42 per month per person.
