I’m looking for a lovely, clean and considerate housemate to join me in a cosy, well-looked-after flat in the Bayswater / Notting Hill area.

* 1 minute across Hyde Park
* 5-minute walk to Queensway Station
* 7-minute walk to Bayswater Station
* Easy access to the Central, Circle & District lines
* Lots of buses nearby, with central London around 20 minutes away by bus
* A fantastic area with everything you need on your doorstep

The flat is cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and I’m looking for someone who will treat it as a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. It’s not a party house — I’m very social and enjoy having a nice balance, but I also really value a calm and respectful home environment. Bills are not included in the rent - £150-£200 additional

I work in the office 5 days a week, so I’m out for most of the day during the week. At home, I’m easy-going, friendly and sociable, but also appreciate having a peaceful space to come back to.

Cleanliness is important to me, particularly as the bathroom/toilet is shared, so I’m looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of communal spaces.
