Room for rent in a 3 bed terraced house in Hanwell W7, a quiet neighbourhood with lots of greenspaces. the room is available to a female either on a part time basis - Mon - Friday or up to 4 other nights a week for £500/550 p/m. I would also consider renting for full time, @ £800 p/m. Myself (52) and my daughter (21) live here. The house is well kept and the room available has a single bed (although a small double could be put in) a wardrobe, drawers and a desk and is next to the toilet/shower room. There is a downstairs toilet also. We have a kitchen/diner/living room all in one set up and lovely sunny garden. Our new lodger would need to be used to pets, we have a cat (fat)and dog (small/terrier), who mainly sleep and eat, but can be prone to barking at the doorbell etc. We are friendly and respectful of each others space and would like a friendly person in return :) nearest station in Hanwell, approx. 10 min walk on the Elizabeth Line and super quick into London. Alternatively, a bus ride to Ealing Broadway (central line). If this is of interest get in touch.
