Hi future housemate!

Easy going couple, looking for housemate to join us in nice 2 bedroom house in Acton. The house is in second floor walk up. We have a quiet and sweet 7mo kitten too if thats ok to you.

The house is located just 7 mins walk to Acton Main line, which is just 1 station away from Paddington. North Acton station (central) is 14 mins walk away, or 4/5 stops away by bus. Available buses are 95 or 260 which will take you straight to shepherds bush or Westfield Shopping Centre.

The rent is including utilities bills (of reasonable usage) - water, gas, electric, wifi.

The kitchen is an open concept with sitting room. We had live in harmony with our previous housemate sadly she's now away for work.
