Hello,

I am looking for a lodger to replace my current flatmate starting from end of April.
**Only contact me if you are okay with a LODGER agreement, not looking for a tenant**

The room is double for one person occupancy only. No pets, no couples, no smokers. The room is fully furnished and you would be sharing common spaces such as kitchen, bathroom and living room with myself.
The flat is a two bedroom located near Ravenscourt Park on a quiet street, in between Hammersmith (10min) and Chiswick (10min).

The flat is equipped with:
-Washing machine/Dryer
-Dishwasher
-Oven
-Storage room
-Bath/Shower
-Heated towel rack

I am looking for a lodger, not a tenant so the rental agreement would be for fixed term dates only.
Rent price does NOT include household bills such as wifi, water and energy. You would also have to pay your share of council tax.

I am a working professional who likes to keep to myself in my own home. Ideally, you are also a full time working professional (no students preferred).
Since I’m looking for a lodger, if you have any specific days of the week where you would want the room (i. e. weekends only or certain weekdays) - do specify.
