About 1 mile from West Mailing and just 7-9 miles away from Maidstone, there are excellent road links to A20, M20, M2 and M25/26, and good railway links to London from West Malling and other nearby stations.

I am a live-in landlord and rent out two rooms in my large detached house, with off-street parking in my driveway and a large enclosed garden to the rear.

West Malling is a delightful small town with all the usual amenities, plus several restaurants and bars, and is served by bus routes.

I am offering a large, spacious, bright and quiet double bedroom at the rear of the house, with views over the garden and surrounding countryside. The room has a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Broadband and a television point are available in the room.

There is a large kitchen with laundry facilities and your own storage unit. The house is surrounded by farmland and woodland, and there are lovely walks in the local vicinity.

I never have more than two tenants here as well as myself and I work from home. I sometimes board dogs for an agency so occasionally there would be a dog here for days at a time.

I am looking for one other professional female tenant to join our quiet but friendly, non-smoking household - someone similar who would prefer a quiet place to call home.

Having been renting rooms for 10 years I know how important it is to find the right person to fit my scenario, so please understand I know the kind of person that will suit us here. Short term lets are considered.
