We have a super big room in tulse hill, 30 sec walk to bus stop to take you to victoria line in Brixton in around 7 min. And 5 min walk to tulse hill station. Is so big that comes. with a coach and table so it will feel like a mini studio flat. Access to a small balcony only for you. The reason of cheap price is that the flat itself hasn't been renovated . So kitchen have washing machine and is not small but is old, same with bathroom (shower over bath with curtain). The room itself you can make it your own mini world and make it nice for you, is laminated and have double glazing for warm. winter. Balcony might be handy for summer ! The flat is in 2 levels . You will be in first level with just other room. There are 3 males at the moment all hard working people minding their own business but kind and respectful when you meet them around. This room will suit like minded people given that the current tenants. really don't socialise among them. Is not a party house. More suited for people focus in work, wanting to save money in accommodation yet craving some decent space to live (on a budget) given London standard spaces. One of the tenants work from home but you don't even feel him. And the other 2 just in and out for work. We also think is more suited for male given only males at home but is up to you if you don't mind. They are good decent people. Wifi is included and water. Gas and electricity is on top and you will take turns with flatmates. You don't pay any bill for tax so above the £840 only the gas and electricity that comes. around another £30 a month. If you fit completely our renting criteria (proven income , stable work, enough means££ to be able to pay monthly rent on time) we might consider leaving you the room at £825 This room is really nice and is really like a mini studio. If you don't mind living in purpose build block flat that isn't fancy but want a good room then this is for you.
