DESCRIPTION OF ROOMS AND FLAT:

We have 2 good rooms in Tulse hill, five minutes walk to the station . Also, literally 30 seconds walk to bus stop that take you to Brixton (victoria line tube) in around seven minutes. This bus also takes you to Vauxhall tube in less than twenty minutes. Available on the 15th of this month (November),both of them.

You will find similar value but in much further aways areas. Thats why we think the price of these rooms is amazing for this location. Also in this location you find a cafe at your door step, off licence stores, chicken shop even a BandQ store close by. Is not isolated place where everything is far.

THE ROOMS :

The bigger room is very spacious you can even have a table as its shown in pictures. Comes with a double bed, waredraw. The other room is smaller but very cosy and if organised properly you can have your little desk on the side to study or work as shown in pictures (this desk belongs to tenant so you will have to bring one your self) the room comes with wardrobe and the bed .

The reason of cheap price is that the flat itself hasn't been renovated and there is not shared living room. But the rooms are very good basic rooms . Tthey come with laminated floors and have double glazing for the winter.

The flat is in two levels . If you choose the smaller room, you will be in first level with just other room, entrance hall, kitchen, etc. If you choose the bigger one you will be on the second floor of the flat where the toilet with shower is located for the use of all. You will be "neighbour" of 2 other males living already at the property. The other male is down stairs beside the smaller room

The male tenants that already live in the flat are all hard working people minding their own business but kind and respectful when you meet them around. These rooms will suit like minded people given that the current tenants are focus in work.

This is not a party house. It is more suited for people wanting to save money in accommodation yet craving some basic yet decent space to live (on a budget)

We also think is more suited for male given only males at home .

Wifi is included and water. Gas and electricity is on top with a meter reader and you will take turns with flatmates. But will come only around £30 a month. In summer it comes around £20.

You must fit completely our renting criteria (proven income , stable work, enough means£££ to be able to pay monthly rent on time)

Remember that wifi and water is paid by us (included in the price) and you only do rota payment of gas and electricity (around £30 a month)

If you are not looking for a fancy renovated place to live but rather looking for location and paying fair for your rent and value humble yet decent living accommodation (don't mind living in a purpose build block and a flat that hasn't been renovated recently) then these place is for you!

We are showing the rooms tomorrow Saturday and/or Sunday as we dont live at the property and we havent been able to show rooms until now so we need to find the 2 suitable tenants for these 2 rooms ASAP to start tenancy on the 15th of November.

If you come this weekend and take one of the rooms we will give you a DISCOUNT not just for first month but FOR ALL the months of TENANCY. We will leave the bigger room at £690 and small one at £ 600. You will have to leave a deposit to separate room so it is formal that is yours. You will sign contract and you move in on the 15th which is the day that the rooms are available. You can come on Saturday to see the room and if you decide to take it come back on Sunday to sign and leave deposit. Now, it is first come first serve , so the room can get rented before you come back. We don't guarantee is yours until you separate with money and make it formal.

Also please note, We will only give this price if you sign contract and leave deposit . If you just say you will take it then you will not have special price as we need to be absolutely sure you are taking the room to stop showing it otherwise we can loose potential tenants. The price is cheap for location and for what offers. We hope to see you this weekend!
