Hello, I have a single room available.. The house is quiet, spacious and easy to live in. People tend stay for a good period of time. The house is in a quiet leafy road with great transport links ten minutes away.

I. am an artist with a studio in Peckham. I am a live in landlady. We are friendly and might catch up with each other in the kitchen but we also enjoy our own privacy. My ideal lodger would be friendly and responsible who knows how to get on with other people. I am not looking for people who work from home all week.

The house has a large kitchen with dinning room table and all the usual stuff like a microwave, cooker, multiple fridges and cupboard space. There is a separate shower room and toilet downstairs, and another bathroom upstairs, with a separate loo. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and drying space downstairs and outside The house has two large sitting rooms, one shared.

All bills, wifi and fortnightly cleaner are included in the rent.

West Norwood station is 10 minutes walk away with frequent trains and there is a bus garage at the end of the road so loads of buses.

West Norwood is lovely. The monthly Feast market attracts vintage, art and food lovers. Music and events at Portico Gallery. Gasto puds, lovely cafes and restaurants at the end of the road.
Picture house cinema and leisure centre with a pool and gym within ten mins walk.

All the various Co-op, Sainsbury and Tesco, Iceland shops on the high street with fish mongers, butchers, cafes, a Blackbird bakery, pubs, bistros, organic delis etc.

We are a relaxed, friendly and respectful household and I am looking for someone similar.
