Tidy, easy going and considerate professional flatmate. Its a two bedroom flat and I am renting out my spare room. I am currently working from home 2 days a week and in the office the other 3 days.

£750 per month for the room, plus bills. Internet, council tax and water are £90 each. Electric bill will be split 50/50 and can settle each month by taking regular mater readings. My electric bill is currently £120 (£60 each) per month but this will increase during the winter months.

I have a year on the flat tenancy and ideally want a housemate that will stay for 5-6 months minimum.
