I am subletting my double room, available for a single person from the first of June for about 5/6 months
The room is very big and sunny and peaceful with massive windows facing the garden.
All around the house, a nice original wooden floor gives the house a nice warm feel.
The property is large and spacious; it benefits from a huge garden with a big covered patio area, a
fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, etc), and a cozy living room that has direct access to the patio area and the big garden.
The bathroom with a jacuzzi bath is on the first floor, and one of the toilets is on the first floor, while the other one is on the ground floor.
The property is on a peaceful residential road.

We are looking for a nice person looking for a peaceful environment rather than a party house.
