Current tenants have lived here for just over 2 years and love the place! One is moving out to live with his partner. The remaining tenant, Lydia is currently working full-time in SEN Education (Monday to Friday) and will be studying for an MA in Psychotherapy part-time from October. She enjoys cinema, arts and crafts, reading and going for walks. Enjoys spending time at home and evenings out with friends. For the most part, enjoys the quiet life.
The flat itself is pretty compact and very easy to keep clean and tidy, no cleaning rota, we just keep on top of things as we go along, which makes living here feel a bit more homey than house-share.
We don't have a TV, but we do have a projector for the occasional film night! You may have spotted that we live next to the trainline. Trains do pass regularly but we barely hear them and there is no road traffic whatsoever, as we are at the end of the road, so the surrounding area is very quiet.
Non-smokers only. No pets. Ideally someone who does not work from home (negotiable). LGBT+ friendly household.
Landlord lives locally, in West Norwood and is a very friendly chap. He's always been happy to help us and quick to fix any problems.
