West Norwood station is less than 10 minutes walk away with frequent trains to amongst others London Bridge and London Victoria, Balham (6 mins) and Clapham Junction (12 mins).

Bus garage at the end of the road so lots of buses to places such as Brixton, Waterloo, Marylebone, Euston etc. Also easy to get to Crystal Palace.

West Norwood is lovely. The monthly Feast market attracts vintage, art and food lovers. Music and events at Portico Gallery. Gasto puds, lovely cafes and restaurants at the end of the road.
Picture house cinema and
leisure centre with a pool and gym within ten mins walk..

All the various Co-op, Sainsbury and Tesco, Iceland shops on the high street with fish mongers, butchers, cafes, a Blackbird bakery, pubs, bistros, organic delis etc.
