The accommodation would suit a quiet, tidy, professional who is looking for accommodation from the 20th October. This lovely self contained GROUND FLOOR double room in my stylish architectural designed detatched house is available on a weekly/monthly or long term basis. The space which is available to rent is separate from where I live upstairs, and has its own front entrance. The property is on a pretty tree lined road near the Keston/Hayes border, has far reaching views over woods and farmland from all rooms, and is moments walk away from Hayes common. The street map image is incorrect and is the road infront of the house, there is no google maps on our road as it is private. About us, we are quiet, easy going and friendly. I commute to Devon during the week and stay in London most weekends, but my eldest daughter lives at home. It's a big house, with an unusual design, and we live at the back of the house, totally separately and with our own entrance. Although we are sociable and friendly, we do tend to like our own space, and also respect others privacy and space, so I am ideally looking for a lodger who is similar, and also likes their own space. I am looking for reliable, decent professional lodger who can be trusted to respect the space and live happily with minimal interferance from us. There is ample off street parking available. Thete is a local promenade of shops with a COOP, butcher, pharmacy, news agents, and a few restaurants and take-aways including fish and chips, kebab, Chineese, Indian and Thai. There are 3 bus stops within 5-12 min walk, with busses to Croydon, Westerham, Biggin Hill Hayes and Bromley. Hayes is the local train station, with trains to London Bridge every 15 minutes with 35 mins journey time, and Charing Cross 40 mins. Our other local train station is Bromley, and trains from there to Victoria take around 16 mins.
