The flat is situated near westcliff town and very near westcliff station. There is a large shared kitchen, and large shared bath and shower room. Its a nice quiet flat. Lovely view of the sea nearby. There is parking nearby at the back of the flat in Leonard road.
I am looking for someone who is currently in long time employment. Is clean and tidy and looks after their room, and other facilities. And dosent play loud music.
Hopefully not allergic to our cat Mollie.
