My friend and I are looking for a flatmate to rent a room in a three-bedroom flat in Pilmico, London.

The flat is located in Pimlico, close to the tube station.

You will have your own double bedroom with wardrobes.

We will be sharing the living room area as well as the kitchen, both are fully furnished and well-equipped.

Pimlico is such a great and central area with a walking distance to Victoria or Chelsea. There are also plenty of buses available nearby.

We are two friends in our mid-twenties that work and study. We are tidy, friendly, respectful and social people and enjoy quiet evenings at home as well as going out to dinners.

We look for someone clean, friendly, respectul of other's space and social.
