Want to live in Central London/ zone 1? We have 1 room for rent in a great flat on Lupus Street, Pimlico, SW1V. Pimlico is a nice, peaceful area with pubs, restaurants, shops, pretty architecture and the Tate Britain, Battersea Park/Power Station and the River Thames, all within a short walk. The (Victoria line) tube station is just 4 minutes walk away, and the 24 night bus and C10 bus stop right outside the flat. National rail, Gatwick Express and coaches are also easily walkable to Victoria and Vauxhall.

The flat is located on a bustling street, which also has a sports centre, library, church and school. It is located on the first and second floor of the block, handily above a Tesco Express. On the same parade there is a post office, bakers, cafe and other stores.

The flat is 1950’s purpose-built duplex (i. e. set over 2 floors) with a separate kitchen, dining room and lounge, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a small south-facing balcony. The room overlooks the estate behind, and faces south towards the river. The flat is modern in decor and we the current flat-mates Claire and Lulu keep it clean, tidy and nice.

The flat has a phone entry system, lounge with widescreen tv, armchairs, sofa-bed, dining table and chairs and a little balcony. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and electric hob.

The bedroom for rent is a compact, cosy double room (for one person only) with a small double-bed and matress, built in shelves, desk, in-built small wardrobe, lamp and a chest of drawers. It has double-glazing, and it is neutral and contemporary in decoration.

The good news is that your rent includes the heating, water and hot water – so you just need to worry about electricity, broadband and council tax, which are already set up and shared between the flatmates. Flat is very well insulated and warm (at no cost) and has good water pressure – so you wont get cold in winter!

One month’s deposit is required, paid up front to the landlord (registered with Govt Tenancy Deposit Scheme 'DPS')

The flat is really friendly and also quiet – with flat-mates sometimes doing nice things together and also having own lives in London. We are looking for someone considerate, friendly, tidy and who enjoys having a chat over a drink or meal.
