Very Close to Victoria Underground/Train Station.

£235 per week, including bills (except food).

We moved back in a short while ago after a full renovation.
Our Third was only here temporarily, so the room will become vacant on 27 June, so it’s due anytime from the 28th (as I’m not sure what time they will be fully moved so don’t want you waiting around all day).

However, this leaves us short for rent so we need someone else asap.
Therefore, if you are looking for somewhere urgently, even if it's just a few weeks! Don't hesitate to contact us. We need you! Plus, you'll get a free Reference out of it if you need it.

We are preferably looking for someone very short term; a few weeks, but there is a possibility of a longer stay if required.

Your Bedroom is a double room; a double bed fits in there fine and there is a reasonable amount of storage space with ample light. There’s a photo of it, but not great as I cant get the right angle for it to do it justice.
There are 2 Bathrooms, both used equally, which will be shared between the three of us.
Usual amenities - washer/dryer, dishwasher, Microwave, Hot Tap, Air Fryer etc.
We are getting Air Con in the next few months as well.

No photo of the living room yet either, due to a few unpacked boxes in there as well - it’s a work in progress but it is easily sorted when we have the time! But due to the urgency of needing someone, we wanted the advert up as it’s 7 days before everyone can see it, so it gives us time to upload the rest. But the place is clean and we like it that way.

I work 24/7 shifts and your other potential flatmate has a basic office job, therefore a Blue collar or manual worker would be the ideal fit. So if you are hotel staff, a shop worker, builder, or customer service staff you would probably fit right in! To keep a reasonable rent, we have not budgeted for someone who works from home (to keep the electricity and gas costs down). But I can’t see this being a problem as long as you can work around when the builders visit for snagging.

We also expect you to help out with some light housekeeping, (as we hardly use the Kitchen - we don't cook, hardly ever - therefore it would be up to you to clean after yourself every time if you like to cook). Housekeeping would involve sweeping/hoovering and mopping the Kitchen, Living Room , Bathrooms and Hall once a week. (If you want to pay for a cleaner, you can, but as it’s done 2/3 a week anyway, it’s going to take 2 hours at the most - probably a lot less!). Of course you would be responsible for cleaning your own bedroom.

Must be OK with Cats. If you don’t like Cats or pets in general, you won’t enjoy it here, as they aren’t going anywhere.
Often I work 12 hour shifts, so if the Cats water bowl or food bowl is empty, we would appreciate you putting fresh water down or a pouch of food in the bowl if we are not home (or possibly asleep).

We prefer a calm, peaceful life and Minimal drama!
This is not a party house. Minimum age 28. is preferred as it would blend better with us.

Ideal for someone who does their own thing, with their own friends and wants a bed/room to crash in or decompress.
We are looking for a quiet, easy going person. Friendly, honest and respectful would be ideal attributes - to which you can expect the same in return. We both tend to keep ourselves to ourselves, though. I actually hardly see my flatmate. Therefore, you will probably hardly see us, as we will probably be sleeping when at home or out working.

Its in a great location; a quiet yet central Street and would suit someone looking for a short commute or who likes to live centrally. Available immediately and if you need to move in quickly even better.
