No contract ! This is based on living in happy atmosphere as long as both of us happy sharing..
To say it very clear, this is not long-term renting or a renting home for me to be paying taxes on it And show it to government as renting property..
And my address cannot be used for official documents or getting visas

About the Space:
My flat is a compact and tidy space with two bedrooms, (room. A + room. B
one bathroom, and a kitchen.
room. A is mine , Room. B will be yours
" I do not have extra setting room "
bringing guests are not allowed

I occasionally share my flat, not just a rental property. As such, I’m selective about who I invite to stay here.

Location Perks:
Situated at SW1V 3BA, just a stone’s throw away from the Thames River.
A short walk to Victoria Train and Coach Stations, and Pimlico Underground.
Busses are 24hrs

Your Stay:
Think of it as staying with a new friend; you’ll have the place to yourself when I’m away, sharing only with occasional Airbnb guests In my room
Ideal for someone with minimal luggage (one or two pieces).
Not suitable for long-term stays or those with many belongings. This is my tidy small flat And I want to keep it that way

House Rules:
Visitors: Limited to close family members for one night on rare occasions.
" So not bringing people home"

Lifestyle:
Only interested on who leads a sober lifestyle, Coffee lovers are welcome! Home is smoking free
