Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate to sublease the second bedroom in my flat, as my current flatmate is moving out on 25th Oct 2026. Arrangement will be a sublease, and I'm open to a or short term let (min 2 months) but ideally want someone intending to live there for at least 1 year.

Spacious 834sqft / 77sqm 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat with balcony and concierge, 4 min walk from Pimlico station (Victoria line - night tube). Room includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, floor lamp. You will have your own private bathroom (I have an ensuite in my room). Spacious shared living room with 42" Samsung smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps. Google speakers in kitchen and living room. Expandable dining table for 6 ppl. Tesco and Waitrose are walking distance along with many pubs, cafés and restaurants. Victoria Station nearby (easy trains to Gatwick and elsewhere).

About me (current tenant and your future flatmate): I'm from Canada and moved to London 5 years ago. 33yo male LGBT+, work in consulting, working from home 2-3 days a week. Fairly social, usually not in the flat much on weekends and like to have friends over for dinner/ drinks/ games night 2-3 times a month (happy for you to join most times, if you'd want to!). Prefer quiet time after 11pm on weeknights. Clean and respectful. Ideally would like someone friendly who I can share a meal/wine or watch TV with occasionally, while also respectful of each others space and independence :)
