Double lined blackout curtains for summer. For the right tenant the studio can be available longer: I'll be living abroad, visiting London (less so from January).

For a reduced price the flat is also available for Monday to Friday or for a 3 out of 4 week lodger (ideally):

I've done this before with a lodger, for a year, and it worked marvelous!!! I'd visit the UK once a month while he'd visit his parents. He'd tell me when he'd be leaving and I would book a flight to visit London based on that. We'd both plan our stays in a shared excel google doc. So I'd visit whilst he was on holiday for example. So this is ideal if you travel 1 week per month or live in London part time and would like reduced rent! We leave the place clean for each other. Have our own cupboards and bedlinen etc.

If you'd like to take advantage of a reduced rent for a central london home, the ideal candidate has another place to live, perhaps commuting from outside London and needs to be in London on weekdays.

The flat is located in a quiet part of Westminster, behind the back garden of Houses of Parliament, in a stylish block with 24hr porters.

You can have your own cupboards and use a full kitchen and bathroom. We can discuss timings in more detail but this is the ideal pied-a-terre in central London, in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to most things.

- St James Park, with Circle and District line
- Westminster, with the jubilee line

Other amenities:
- The building has just installed a new security system and new cctv cameras.
- A bike can stay in the courtyard, together with my bike at my bike stand.
- You can leave clothes in the cupboard and leave your things on the shelves off course: if you do 3 out of 4 wks a month I'd just keep one cupboard locked up with a few things for myself. I will be living abroad, liking to visit London perhaps once a month but that's only if off course that suits a tennant who likes a price reduction.
- Happy for you to use my herbs and tea and all the kitchen things.
- The flat is furnished as seen. We can move the furniture to suit your liking and I can do that with you together, we can discuss this when you view the flat.
