I am leaving my room in this great flat to move to my own flat from April.

It is a very big double bedroom in a 3-bedroom flat, with a bathroom to share with only one other flatmate (the third room is en-suite).

The area is lovely and quiet, with communal gardens and just a 4-minute walk to Pimlico Station and within walking distance to Victoria, Battersea Park and Westminster.

You'll be sharing flat with two great, friendly and clean professionals from the UK. The flat has a big comfortable open living/dining room and kitchen area and lots of storage throughout. It is also fully equipped and includes a utilities room with washing machine and dryer and space for bicycles.

The bedroom has a lot of storage, access to a small patio and has space for a mini office within it.

The current tenancy agreement ends in August 2026, but the contract can be then renewed with the same or new flatmates.
