I'm subletting my room for 3 weeks from the 28th June to the 21st July. The flat is located between Borough and London Bridge and is a ten minute walk to London Bridge station and 8 minutes to Borough station. There's a shared living room and kitchen along with a balcony. It's in a gated development and facing inward so it's very quiet and get's lots of sunlight during the day. We've got all the usual - wifi, Sky, Netflix, Prime etc. The flat is around the corner from Bermondsey Street which has lots of great cafes, restaurants, pubs and a few parks.

The room itself is quite large with an ensuite and is fully furnished with lots of storage. You'd be living with one other person.

Looking for someone clean and tidy ideally.
