I am subletting my room for the remainder of my contract at Urbanest Westminster Bridge Student accommodation. 14th floor twin single bed room (shared flat) with view of canary wharf, Waterloo station, and St Paul's Cathedral. The room has a private bathroom/shower, office desk and bed. Also a cupboard and shelves.

Furthermore a shared kitchen with over 8 refrigerators, washing machines, 6 microwave and all kitchen appliances.

The student accommodation also sports a gym (with a pool and sauna) a study area at the mezzanine floor (with private study rooms and projectors for presentations and froup work), game rooms and common rooms on the 18th floor with a view of Big Ben, London eye and Westminster Bridge as well as 2 laundry rooms equipped with circuit washing machines and dryers. There is also a games area with televisions and video game consoles in the basement floor next to the gym.

The student accommodation also organises events and parties for students and consists of very friendly and helpful, professional staff.

Finally the residence is a 5 minute walk away from Wterloo station, Lambeth North and Westmnister Bridge and very close to popular areas like South bank and Lower marsh.

It is also a 4 minute walk away from M&S Food and a Boots store as well as various supermarkets (including Sainsbury's, CO-OP and Tesco) It is a 10 minute walk away from King's College London Waterloo campus and 15 minutes walk away from the Strand and King's Strand campus and 20 minutes walk away from LSE at Aldwych.

Any potential tenants interested MUST BE students and MUST NOT be current residents at Urbanest Westminster Bridge.
