I am looking to let my room out whilst I am away between 23rd June and 10th July.

The room is meant for someone with no fear of heights and is located in an iconic skyscraper 2 minutes walk from the tube.

The location is central (Zone 1) with many cultural venues nearby. Huge supermarket around the corner, lots of smaller shops on Walworth road. A number of new bars and restaurants have opened up recently in the area.

Lots of buses and a Santander bike docking station are in front of the house.

The building is secure with a 24 hour reception desk.

The room comes with spectacular views, **some space** in a huge built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, a desk, office chair and a queen size bed with a comfortable mattress.

There is a washing machine, dish washer and most things you would expect. However, there is no TV. Bathroom is shared with flatmate.

The flatmate is a very friendly and easy-going Brazilian friend of mine.
