Female live in landlord, currently with daughter (20 year old) also resident. Female tenants only. Room furnished, has shared use of 1 bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Must like animals as I have a Labrador and 2 cats. £650 to include bills. Would need 1 month deposit, employer reference and previous landlord ref/or personal ref. Council tax band c. I work frim home and am in between this house and my partners so not always around.
