I’m moving so I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in a shared flat

We are 5 roommates me, two girls and to guys all student 21-24 years old.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, a shared kitchen, living room, a backyard and a balcony.

Bethnal green - 8mins to tube
White chapel 15 mins
Shoreditch 10 mins to windrush
And bus 8 directly infront of the house

There are several shops nearby Aldi in walking distance and a Tesco across the road.

Deposit is 1 month rent

And because I didn’t have a guarantor in the UK I pay rent 3 months in advance - so now until June is covered and I need the rent for May (3 weeks so 600£) and June 800£

After that you can either pay monthly if you have a guarantor or like me in advance but all of that will be done by an agency that takes care of the place
