Hi! We're looking for a new housemate in our flat, perfectly located next to Victoria Park.

It's a lovely 3 bedroom flat with a living room facing Regent's canal, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and wash basin and a separate toilet. We also have a balcony facing the canal and a small front garden.

The room is the smallest one in the flat but is very efficiently organised. It has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk, and the best views of the Canal.

The location is amazing. Victoria Park is literally 1min away. Cambridge Heath (Overground) is 5min away and Bethnal Green (Central line) is a short 10min walk from the flat. You can also easily walk to London Fields, Columbia Road Flower Market, Broadway Market, Hackney Central, Hackney Wick and Shoreditch. There's also a Santander docking station right by the flat.

You will be sharing with two male professionals, both of us in our 30's, easy going and respectful. We have been living in this flat for a long time and are pretty settled in East London.

The landlord is really nice, lives locally and is always available to come by if there is anything that needs doing.

Bills, including broadband, come to about £120 a month. The deposit is £855 and will be protected under the Deposit Protection Scheme.
