I’m looking for someone to take over my contract for a bright room in Whitechapel (move-in from Now). The contract runs until mid-September, with the option to renew afterwards.

You’d be living with one flatmate (Spanish, works as a fashion photographer). The flat has a big terrace and an open kitchen/living area.

Rent is £1250 per month + bills.

The area is very lively, close to Brick Lane, with lots of fresh food spots nearby.

Looking for someone open-minded, easygoing, and respectful of LGBTQ+ people.
