Hello, I am a 31 year old professional and I am looking to rent out my spare room. I have my own business as a carer and so I am out most days and evenings. The house is within easy reach of west Cumberland hospital, Sellafield and a 5 minute drive into the town centre with a garage/supermarket a minute walk away. I have a 4 year old dog who is very friendly and affectionate. I have only lived in the property for a few months and is still a work in progress so photos will be available very soon.
