I’m hardly ever in the house so it would be like having your own place i stay with a friend most of the time and tend to stay at the house a handful of times a month so it would be like having your own place I just ask you respect this.

price includes all subscriptions too like Netflix etc

I am a 32 year old with a 3 year old pup. I work shifts including days and nights and rarely in the house due to the shifts I do. I like going out with friends so spent very minimal time actually in the house.

The bedroom is furnished with an ottoman king size bed. It also has 6 large draws and a hanging rail so perfect for one person as plenty of storage in the room. I do have a loft also if you need to store some belongings

I don’t tend to have company around much as I like to go out on my days off and people don’t really stay over unless it’s the odd night out, I don’t have a partner so no one would be staying in terms of this.

I’m very clean and expect the same from whoever I live with too. Im easy going and just expect someone to respect my house and clean up after themselves

The house has a train station within 10 minute drive. There is a bus station within 10 minutes walking and the guided bus route which takes you straight into Manchester City.
