I own a 2 bed, 1 bathroom house in the town centre of Wigan and I’m looking for a roommate to occupy the 2nd bedroom! It’s £500 a month for the room, all bills included. There’s a lovely kitchen, spacious dining and living room and a small back garden. It’s semi-detached on the end of a nice quiet street. There’s a Lidl right outside and a short work into the centre for all sorts of shopping/work opportunities.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, a desk, chest of drawers and a railing to hang clothes. It’s available right now! Please share this with anyone looking for a place to live in the wigan area! If you have any more questions, I’ve added my email!

LGBT friendly, pet friendly (no cats unfortunately as I’m allergic), smoker friendly (OUTSIDE only), couples are ok but it’s quite a small room (would be subject to a slightly higher rent price if so.)
