Large old farm house & barn which has been converted into a rather large spacious L-shaped house.
Kitchen is equipped with pretty much all items needed.
there is a downstairs toilet that is open for anyone to use.
House has 2 living areas & garden.

Double sized bedroom with shared bathroom.
There is a washing machine available to use.

Area is quiet and am looking for the same in people living here. ie no music blaring after 10pm.
Am happy with long or short term, Monday to Friday. more than fine for you to leave items in room over weekend as long as left tidy.

There is a garage if you need to store a bike or outdoor activity equipment.
If you are a smoker, smoking is allowed only outside.
Also, yes I have a dog, he is quite chilled, but will 8times out of 10 greet you at the door.
