Hello, I have a double room to let in my 2 bed flat, for a professional tenant
1000pcm all inclusive of bills.
- available from mid Jan.
The flat is ground floor with a good-sized front and back garden. Shared kitchen and living room space, Wi-Fi and tv streaming services. The house is equipped with a, washing machine, large gas hob, fridge freezer and plenty of storage.
The room itself is semi-furnished. Currently contains an ottoman bed and a sideboard.
Existing tenants (me and Sophie the cat) are tidy, friendly, sociable. I work in TV so sometimes away but WFH 2/3 days a week on average.
