Big beautiful character room for rent in a large 6-bedroom house with a paved patio leading to a giant grassy back garden.

The room is huge and fully furnished with a bed, chests of drawers, a couch (a love seat) and a gorgeous non-working fireplace. The room looks into the front garden and out over the front street, which is very quiet as we’re off the main road. The room has big beautiful windows that you can open very wide to get a lovely breeze through (esp nice for these heat waves 🥵)

**There is construction next door, but this should be finished by the time you move in, give or take a couple of weeks because construction. The hours are 8-6 m-f and 8-1 on Saturdays, but they’re nearly done (it started august 2025) so they don’t make much noise anymore. Ask any questions you have about this :)

You share a full bathroom (toilet, bathtub & shower) with one other male roommate.

Bills are not included and are split equally by everyone in the house. A cleaner comes every two weeks to keep common areas and bathrooms clean. Bills are approx £100/month and don’t fluctuate much above this.

You’ll be sharing tenancy with 5 other young professionals. All super friendly, aged between 28-35 and enjoy socialising together as well as doing our own things.

Parking space is available on the drive or you can get a permit for the street.

Public transportation is very accessible as Kensal Rise Overground station is 2 mins away, both Kensal Green and Queens Park stations (Bakerloo line) are 20 mins away walking and bus stops around the corner.

Smoking is fine, so long as it's outside 💙🙏
