Hello, possible future roommate!
I’m Sara, 29, currently looking for a new roommate to join me in my super cool 2 bedroom flat.

The house:
There’s a very large, modern kitchen (with a sofa for entertaining guests and complete with all amenities and kitchenware) with doors to the balcony and a staircase that leads to the garden downstairs.

The double room up for rent contains a double bed, two nightstands, a wardrobe, a big chest of drawers and a bookcase, in case you have more than you can fit into the built-in shelves in the living room. The window is quite large so the room stays quite bright. You are welcome to decorate it to your tastes!

Location:
Buses directly to Westfield Shopping Center, Ikea, Hammersmith, Baker Street, Euston all 3 mins away from door. Night bus to and from Trafalguar Square also 3 mins away.

20 mins tube ride to Oxford Street.

7 mins walk to Harlesden Station and 15 mins walk to Willesden Junction, both Bakerloo Line and Overground. 20 mins walk to Willesden Green Station, Jubilee Line.

Tesco, Poundstretcher, Superdrug and 24hr international supermarket 5 mins away. For an Emergency grocery run there’s a shop 1 min away. Highstreet for more is 3 mins away.

10 mins walk to Roundwood Park.

More about you and me:
I’m an actress and artist and so my schedule is all over the place. However, I maintain the place quite clean and clean up after myself, except maybe for a rogue mug or two, or occasional forgotten shoe.
I don’t mind a messy person at all as long as our shared spaces are clean. Basically, your room can be a nightmare hoarder’s nest as long as you don’t bring that into the kitchen or living room.
I have Netflix and Amazon Prime and huge DVD + TVbox + book collections, plus some cool games like Cards Against Humanity so there will be plenty of stuff to break the ice with and bond over. You are welcome to borrow all, of course.
