THE ROOM

Huge room located 3 minutes walk from Willesden Green Station. Fully furnished room in lovely, relaxed 4 bed property. Would be sharing with 3 women in late 20s-30s. Would suit a quieter, more laid back person as there is no lounge, but a small shared dining table in the kitchen.

The room is a gorgeous spacious double with enormous windows and a seating area with table, making it especially lovely in summer. The flat has a shared kitchen and a bathroom shared with 2 other people. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of storage and the flat is always kept very clean. The room doesn't share any walls with other rooms so has a secluded, private feeling. The room is top floor and at the back of the property and the window looks onto a garden (no access) so feels very green and peaceful.

I'm leaving after nearly 12 months to live with friends, and the previous tenants were a couple who lived here for two years.

Couples welcome and the landlord lives in the flat below so it's very easy to contact him in any emergencies. Also room for a bicycle in the entrance hallway.

Willesden Green is well linked and the flat is 2-3 minutes walk from the high street with small and large sainsbury's, a new Gail's cafe and numerous shops and pubs/restaurants/bars.

It's also under 10 minutes walk to a number of overground stations and plenty of bus routes from the high street, and the 98 stops right outside the house.
