I am a relaxed and friendly live in landlord living with my partner and this would be a lodger agreement and a one year contract with one month termination notice. I'm a 35 year old professional, who enjoys a drink, travelling and entertaining friends and family occasionally, and would like to live with someone who I could ideally be friends with and hang out sometimes - either movie nights, dinners together chatting and catching up or going out, although I'm not looking to live with a total party animal! Also looking for someone who likes to live in a clean home and can clean up after themselves.

I have lived in this apartment since new in 2019 and the building has CCTV and double door entry for security. It is on the fourth floor and accessible by two lifts or by stairs.
