Hello there,
We are looking for a third flat mate to join our home. We are creative professionals (both male, early/mid 30s) and have lived here a number of years. We feel this is a comfortable, sociable home, where we are equally happy to spend time as a group and respectful of each others busy, professional lives.

Monthly the cost is £675.
This includes Rent, all bills and Council tax.
Also included is high-speed internet, Virgin TV & a cleaner visits for communal spaces. We also use any surplus to purchase shared sundry; i. e toothpaste, cleaning products.
You are welcome to use our recently purchased 48” TV, which includes Netflix & Amazon.
Kitchen includes gas oven and microwave.

Bedroom:
Available bedroom is on top floor of a three-story conversion of a large Victorian Townhouse in an affluent part of London. Includes double bed/mattress, cupboard, draws, desk and shelves (basically, most furniture in pictures, except the tv/xbox!)

Great Transport Connections:
Our flat is in an exceptionally well connected part of London. Equidistant and about a 5-8min walk to either Kilburn and Willesden Green Underground and a couple of minutes more to Brondesbury Overground. In car or bus, the nearby A5 runs directly into London and boasting quick access to M25/M1.

Shopping / Amenities:
Large Sainsbury’s, Post Office in W. Green (Walk 10min) + a selection of even closer, smaller Tesco, CoOp etc.
Great access to near by Dollis Hill park and not much further, Hampstead Heath.
There are a selection of cool bars / restaurants in both Kilburn, W. Green & West Hampstead.

The building:
Within our building are 2 other flats and the offices of the landlord. We find this is quite convenient as we are separate enough from other flats to have minimal interactions (thought they are all perfectly nice). Also our flat benefits from having large, forward facing 2nd floor living & dining room space. Landlord’s office is directly below this, which means we need not worry about making too much noise in evening, as its vacant below!

The room is officially available on 1st August, however there may be flexibility to move, or drop off belongings before then.
