We are looking for a Lodger to rent this fully furnished room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The bedroom has a double glazed window with wooden shutters. Bed linen is provided but you can use your own if you prefer.

It is located very close to Willesden Junction (3 min walk, Bakerloo line and Overground, which provides easy access to Central London and Euston). It is also close to North Acton station (15 min walk, central line). Central Middlesex Hospital and Westfield are easy to reach within 15 min by bus. The bus stop is at the bottom of the short road.

Full use of the kitchen, including plates, pots and pans, and access to a fridge and large double kitchen cupboard space to yourself. The flat also has fast, fibreoptic internet.

We are tidy, friendly and private and seek someone who works full-time and is tidy and private as well. Looking for one person (no couples) for the room.

If staying only monday to friday then rent is £520 per month paid in advance.

If staying all week then rent is £600 per month paid in advance.

2 weeks notice and deposit is £300, all bills are included in the rent.
