We have a modern efficient boiler which provides central heating and hot water. The house has two bathrooms. We have friendly neighbors on both sides of the house and the street is a pleasant and quite. The house is clean and tidy, a cleaner comes once every week. I am an existing tenant looking for a mature clean and well behaved person to share my home. The bills are between £30 and £60 per month each for electricity and gas. Other bills paid by landlord.
